Mr Ricks Bakery was founded in August 2001 by Paul and Frances Alberry and their children Angelica and Paul G. It consisted of a small retail outlet with a limited number of wholsale customers serving the City of Watertown, NY. Today Mr. Ricks serves the whole Tri-county area from Redfield to Carthage, Potsdam, and along the St. Lawrence River from Cape Vincent to Odgensburg. We produce and deliver a full menu of handmade bakery products from a full Line of pan breads, dinner rolls, sub and kaiser rolls to donuts, pies, cookies, muffins, and assorted pastries. We futher offer all types of cakes made to order.
